WEBSITE:
This web site was established
in December of 2002 to provide local weather information in
the Clovis area. Since I live and work in Clovis, and I am
a certified weather freak, and I have a weather station, it
was only a matter of time before I hooked it all up to the
internet.
This site is owned and operated by me as a free and open service
to everyone. Although there are links to The
Weather Channel, AccuWeather, Anything
Weather, and The
Weather Underground, I don't receive any kind of compensation.
They are here purely for your convenience. This site is commercial
and profit free (which also describes most of the enterprises
I've owned). |

station is a Davis
Instruments Wireless Vantage Pro Plus with Rain Collector,
Temperature & Humidity Sensors housed in a Fan-Aspirated
Radiation Shield, Anemometer, Solar Radiation Sensor, & UV
Sensor. Its located near the intersection of Willow and Nees
in the city of Clovis, California, in Fresno County. Elevation
352 Ft. 36.85° North Latitude, -119.72° West Longitude.

| There are two special
email distribution lists that anyone can request. First, there
is an Automatic
Current Weather email that is sent out at two hour
intervals from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Second, there is a Severe
Weather Alert email that goes out if the weather changes
drastically. |
